AMD Driver lost (15R SE 7520) in windows 10.

Question

I have issue with AMD driver on my 15R SE 7520 laptop. It was running with windows 7 and one day it lost the AMD driver. The AMD setting shortcut is there but it the program did not open. I then upgrade to windows 10, download the latest driver from AMD website and it worked for 1 week before disappear again. There is no longer the AMD setting in the right click menu. What I have tried Running AMD clean uninstall utility in Safe Mode, then trying to install the driver again (using AMD auto detect) in normal mode. The installation is success but the AMD Setting does not run. Running Driver uninstaller utility in Safe Mode, then trying to install the driver again (using AMD auto detect) in normal mode. When it hit 100%, my laptop hang, mouse and keyboard freeze. Every software I use is licensed, I have only the MS Office and Adobe CC suite. I hope someone could help me out.
