2405FPW, flashes colored screens, disable burn-in mode

Question

The monitor flashes colors when the computer sleeps or the monitor is turned on prior to the computer being on. The monitor still works when the computers is on but the color is shifted red. I use 2 computers on the monitor and both have the same flashing issue. 1 - Dell precision M6800 laptop VGA connector (red shifted color) 2 - Falcon desktop HDMI connector (no red shift). I have tried the monitor shutdown with no connections and replaced the VGA cable with no luck. Purchased from Dell CN-0T6133-46633-5AD-0NAS

It sounds like the 'burn-in' mode is enabled in the Service Menu of this out of warranty 12 year old 2405FPW. 2405FPW service menu
