How to REPLACE / REPAIR / RESTORE DELL Factory Image
Hi, can anyone teach me How to REPLACE / REPAIR / RESTORE DELL Factory Image mannual to my vostro. i belive the image has been Corrupted as when i try to resore it only blank display.
My Sytem Info:-
DELL Vostro 14 5468
Windows10 x64 Pro.

Windows 10 has been stubborn when trying to use System Restore. I have found that to use System Restore, try...
Copy the text between the lines and past them to Notepad

C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -o -r -t 0
===========
Save the document as shutdown.cmd
Then Right click on it, then left click run as administrator. This will shutdown your computer and bring up the troubleshooting menu. Click on troubleshooting, then use System Restore from there. You can click on more Restore points to go back only so far.
***PLEASE NOTE*** When using System Restore in this manner, it may take a while, I never really timed it but have come back in an hour and the system did restore.
