I'm so upset in Dell/DFS order and Verification

Hello, Everyone Well to start off this has been a total nightmare since the 4th of this month! Ok so here we are my wife and I very happy because we are in a position with our company that we never thought possible. Our company is doing better than ever and grew our client base to new levels. Now our problem is just the same as many dell clients I see and read here and on other communities and boards. THE VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT ' DELLS FRAUD PREVENTION'. Now on the 4th of this month my wife and I placed an order for a yuneec typhoon H drone used for aerial photography and videography. We decided and chosen this due to its professional videography that would be very helpful for our company to create our commercials, Online presentations, and most importantly the ability to film and shoot in 4K with its camera and great stabilizer. In addition, our company saves MONEY/TIME!!! by allowing us to create our own videos/commercials, so we thought :( Ok so after having numerous problems linking our dell financial service account to dell product site, we was able to link the DFS account, so we can have everything under one platform and know our account limit/information. Well guess what??? That only worked for a couple of minutes due to some unknown problems that dell avoided many times and there reply over the phone was to just call in the order every time. Till this day the section under financial/link account works on and off. I took many screenshots of dell.com displaying our DFS credit information on and off. As what I see it's a programming issue that troubles me because dell is a very large company especially its servers/IT department and products created by them, and I for one I know! Dell has many of the best servers out in the market for business and even government and has been doing great for many years!!!! To get back into my issue/s. So my wife and I go ahead add the products to our cart as instructed to do so by the sales department so they can find it quicker/error free. So we go through the order with sales as you all know they try to convince you to buy a $400 dollar printer for a promotional price of $100 but I declined due to us having so many of those printers in our storage room from many years back from the same deal that they advertise. So we go ahead now everything looks and they said all is great and that I'm done here with the order, not mentioning that the order has to go through DFS for verification and that the order will be on hold even though it says 'CONFIRMED' So I waited and waited to receive some type of email saying tracking information or anything and their it is CALL DFS BECAUSE ORDER # is on hold until verification. So we called, we verified the order the agent said thank you and the order will be released within minutes. Well that never happened at all. So I called everyday and what they tell me it was an IT issue. What's so crazy and annoying is that every agent at first said to me ok it's on hold and needs to be verified!!! After explaining that we already went through this they said they will talk to supervisor so again they said I will go ahead and release the order again and everything is great!!! WOW SO AGAIN THE SAME THING UNTIL THIS MONDAY I CHECK ONLINE AND GUESS WHAT??? Order status 'CANCELED'!!!!!! I have no emails after messaging them no response nothing!!!! I want to know what is going on here??? They said before order was canceled that they will fix and release this Order and to wait 24 to 48 hours to get this fixed. Now my issue is I have credit and I can't even use it??? This looks like what a company did a little while back to millions of people. This is 100% wrong. I spent a lot of money already and lost one client that we was supposed to get our film to. We had a deadline and dell assured my wife and I that everything was going to be fine and we would get our product before or deadline. This is not DELL! They was never like this. If I can't use my DFS credit then please close my account as it is showing as open credit. If anyone knows what I can do please let me know other than ' Call the same number I called many times since the 4th and even before that on other matters. Thank you

Yes, it’s brutal!

send photo, send proof of address they don’t approve then they want more info like passport and crazy things they shouldn’t be asking for online.

I understand photo and phone verification but there is absolutely no reason to be asking for other personal information.

I sent my info 3 times and each time they asked for something more or different and I just cancelled the order.
