Inspiron 13 7000 series turns on w/o battery but not with
My Inspiron 13 7000 series turns on w/o battery but not with the battery. The battery is a brand new one purchased from Dell.
Any suggestions on why with the battery in it does turn on is appreciated.

Did it do the same with the original battery? If so, two batteries doing the same likely means a bad mainboard. If only the replacement battery had the issue, it suggests a bad battery.
