New Inspiron 15 and initial boot.

Question

Booting up my new Inspiron 15 for the first time. Made it through the first few steps, including connecting to my network, but it's been sitting at the blue screen with the spinning dots and 'Just a moment....' message for well over an hour. How long does this step normally take?
