Thank you for your message.  We will be glad to assist you on this.

This monitor has a DP (in), mDP (in) & DP (out) port.  Is it the output or input which has stopped working?

Do you get any error message on the screen like no DP cable or no mDP cable?

Reset the monitor to factory settings by following the service manual here (page 46).

Thanks for your response on my post regarding an inability to get 5K to work.  The screen will only work in 4K using a single DP to DP1 cable.  I have tried the original and another DP cable, but DP2 has suddenly stopped being detected?

DP2 can be seen in the manual, I am using the GTX 980 Ti and have tried different DP slots to connect.

mDP works as normal.

When I enter Screen Resolution on the Windows 10 screen settings, it tells me only 1 DP port is connected, and that the max resolution is 4K (native).  This is with BOTH DP1 and DP2 correctly connected, and with a different DP2 cable.

I do not have a HDMI cable at hand to test it, but again, that would only be 4K?

I have clean installed my GPU settings, reset my screen settings, turned off my calibration...

I also tried system restoring back to a week before it abruptly stopped working, with no luck.

Thanks,

Alex
