Many unknowns here. As you can see in the image below taken directly from the U2413 driver page, the Apple proprietary operating system and hardware are not tested by Dell on this monitor. So even though running in a virtual box, the hardware and possibly drivers are still Apple.
On a true Windows operating system, the U2413 was validated to work with the following DUCCS = 1.0.0.0, 1.0.1.0, 1.5.1, 1.5.3, 1.5.8, 1.5.10, 1.5.11, 1.5.12
The fact that it cannot update leads me to again believe that the virtual box is not really Windows 10.
You should post on the Apple Support Communities and see if they can offer some insight or troubleshooting steps.
I'm trying to hardware calibrate my U2413 (LUT 1). In the past this has been a very simple process, however I'm now getting the following error message right at the end of the process:
"Failed to apply video LUTs. This may be due to error during measurements. Please start over."
I've no idea what has changed and would be very grateful if anyone has any advice on how to overcome this error?
