Click on "PC Settings", then "System" and "About". If it's a touch screen you'll see that listed (or you'll see "no pen or touch input available".

I should mention it's a new laptop. I thought I ordered a touch screen. But the screen is unresponsive. So how do I determine if the screen is a touch screen?
