If the OS is on the 128 GB SSD, you don't need any acceleration.
Your HDD may be a Hybrid drive which has a built in SSD but is treated as a normal HDD. If you give the model number of the HDD some folks may be able to tell for sure.
My question, other models have the option to Raid in Bios, the 7559 have other SSD options (32, 64,128)
so why Intel Rapid storage does not work only in this model. Those SSD are smaller to instal Windows 10, many applications only accepts install in C:, that is my problem.
Since your Install is on the HDD you should be able to use at least part of the SSD as Cache. That amount used to be 60 GB but it may have changed.
The SATA driver has to be set as RAID and you should be able to enable acceleration. If not, try using a smaller size like 32 GB to see if will work with that.
The Toshiba is a normal 5400 RPM SATA II HDD with 8 MB of cache.

Open your Disk Management window and look for an EFI System partition and OS partition (boot). Let us know what drive they are on.
To determine if you have a Hybrid drive we need the actual model number you should be able to get from Device Manager in the Drives section.
If you don't know what these utilities are, right click the start button and select them on the menu.

A 128G drive would not be used as a cache - it should have the OS installed onto it.

I appreciate your answer.
The problem, there is not Raid option in Bios. I'm very disappointed
