Does the system setup (F2 at powerup) see the hard drive at all?
If it does not, chances are the drive has failed. If the system is under warranty, run the Dell diagnostics, record the resultant error and report it to Dell - they'll replace the drive.
If the system is out of warranty, post the model (Inspiron 5521, 5559, etc.) and someone can recommend a replacement.
You'll need to get out the recovery media you made when you received the system (or download a set of Windows 10 recovery media from Dell or Microsoft). Try a repair installation from the recovery boot (connect the flash drive, press F12 at powerup and boot from it).

It is an Inspiron 5748.
It is out of warranty.
HDD is OK, I checked it and I tried other HDD.
Can it be a controller defect, even F2(BIOS) and PSA tested it OK?

Did you make any setup changes (such as from legacy to UEFI, or from RAID to AHCI)?

I tried to boot from USB, internal DVD and external USB DVD with Win 10 medium. But I always get the message that "Internal HDD not found"???
Other devices boot from this DVD without any internal HDD... Why not this ?

Does the system have more than one drive (say, one M.2 SSD and a conventional hard drive)?

It had 1 SSD and 1 HDD. But problem is in every configuration, 0 drive, 1 drive, 2 drives.. Even with 1 different drive, it does not work
