Press F2 at powerup. The exact model number will appear on the screen at powerup.
Late 2015 would be the Skylake 6th-gen CPU/9350.
Early 2015 would be the 9343 model -- Broadwell/5th generation.

Lots of possible ways:- Enter that Service Tag into support.dell.com- Open PowerShell and enter this command: gwmi win32_computersystem- Open the System Information application
