latitude 3850 - Reset Admin Password
Do these things have jumpers or batteries to reset the admin password? We're essentially locked out of installing a new OS or do anything, and I'm not seeing anything on the MB at the moment.

The password is stored in EEPROM - you must obtain a master password by calling Dell support (they'll insist on verification of ownership before they'll render assistance).
This cannot be done online - you MUST place a voice call to Dell support.
