Many problems with NEW Precision 7520 (09.2017)

Question

My new laptop Dell like box with bugs: 1. Trackpoint freeze sometimes. I can't use this for navigation. I try reinstall driver, but without positive result. 2. USB ports scratch all the connectors that are inserted into them: 3. Video fans sometimes very noise. After reboot BIOS reported about problem. Very poor level of Dell support. Anybody help me please!!! Sorry, my english is bad.
