Battery Issue
Hello to all community,
I bought some Latitude E7240 ( 30 units ) and some of them ( 7 ) has been swollen until they not fit the place on the laptop.
After talking with Pro Support, they told me that the Warranty on Batterys is just one year, and I have to buy a new one.
Do you think that this is normal on a battery? i'm attaching the pictures of two of that Batteries.
The solution for Dell is to but new batteries, so i have to spend about 150/200€ for each one.
What you will do? do you think that this is a normal issue?

Thanks for posting.
Where did you purchase the batteries? If you purchased them new from Dell, they would be under warranty. If not, then they would not be warranted by Dell, but from the seller.
