OK. When you call just tell them it stopped working and some how the cable is broke. Although you shouldn't have a problem. Complete care is complete care.
Yeah I called them and told them the truth, they said NO PROBLEM.. sending me a new one. Very helpful, answered immediately.. spoke to an American.. was a good experience.
