Since the link provided by Robert doesn't seem to work for me, while you were in the Bios, did you see anything related to Secure Boot Keys listed?  I have not checked my system, but my Desktop has a set of keys which are set up during the OS install.

I think those can be reset but I don't have your Bios to check.  I do not know for sure your problem is actually related to that key system.

Mt Bios shows the same options with PK selected.

Don't attempt to do anything yet, maybe someone else will have input, but I see options to rewrite those values.  If you can't find any thing else, it may be related.  But again, you really need someone who knows for sure to comment.

I did the following based on the forum post you provided...

Operating System Loader Has No Signature . . .

these steps resolved my issue:

1. On Startup, press F12

2. Reset Bios to default settings

3. Restart laptop

4. In Bios, select Boot Sequence menu

5. Manually ADD additional line with the name "Windows Boot Manager"

6. Select /EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI

7. Exit

this has booted my system - do you recommend doing anything else to avoid this issue happening again? Thanks!

I have an Inspiron 17 - 5767 and the same issue has cropped up. I tried these steps and instead of resolving the issue it gave me a blue screen with the info that my PC/device needs to be repaired. And an error code: 0xc000000e.

A bit of a background - My m/c is around 2 months old. It went into a longish update 2 days ago. When the battery ran out the next time & I connected it up to the charger, this issue cropped up.
