Thanks, but I read this too late. I can't connect through my router at all after the firmware upgrade. I not talking wireless, It can't find the internet connection with the network cable. If I remove the router my connection is fine. It just locked up.
This firmware will overwrite the Dell's firmware and replace it with something totally different. This firmware has a few extra features the Dell's does not have, however it lacks the DHCP mac address reservations feature. This lead me to attempt to flash back to Dell's firmware 3.0.0.8.
Went to the upgrade firmware page, and plugged in the location of the older firmware. It took a few minutes, but successfully flashed back to the older Dell firmware!
Hope this helps those that want to get rid of firmware A03.

I had this same problem and could not downgrade to the previous firmware.
