HELP!! ISP Connected. No response for Internet.

Question

I have no problem to connect to internet service provide(ISP).  But After I connected, when i open my IE, it say this page cannot be display.  I had try to fix this problem by restore my system to previous stage.  I seem work.  But as soon as i restart my computer, the same problem appear.   ISP connected.  But IE and all other internet programs such as icq and outlook are not working. Now, I have to restore my system everytime before  i go to the internet, which is everyday.  Can somebody give me some idea, please?

Thank you, steve. I solved half of the problem by using LSPfix.  I can use IE, but ICQ still not working.  And I have to use LSPfix everytime after i restart my computer.

You many have some parasite or spyware that is messing things up. First, download, install, update, and run Spybot and Ad-Aware and allow these programs to remove all of the garbage they find.

Then, go the following site and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis. Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the Virus Information and Removal forum where one of the HijackThis experts can offer advice on how to fix the problem:
