I am also having the same problem. Here are my status:
Gx260 with 256mb of Ram, Windows2000 (Os) with all updates and patches.
Monitor: 1703fp using the white connection cable.
I made all connection USB Connection -- "A" connection on to the CPU & "B" Connection on the back of the monitor.
I connected a 128mb Jump drive to the side of monitor. The system goes thru its Plug & Play mode, then it says it finished. I go check the Jump Drive, but nothing is there, and their is nothing in the utility tray.
