Belgium - no AZERTY keyboard?

Hi,

I just ordered an Alienware laptop online and in the mail that I received with the properties of my ordered laptop it says that the keyboard is QWERTY.

I live in Belgium and if you buy a laptop here it is always AZERTY. Is it normal that my ordered laptop is QWERTY and not AZERTY? There was no option for choosing the type of keyboard when I ordered the laptop. I don't mind if it's QWERTY, I am just wondering why it isn't AZERTY by default (because I ordered the laptop on the Belgian site of Dell)? Maybe all Alienware laptops are QWERTY independent of the country?
