Windows 10 Recovery Environment missing
Running windows 10 on a AW 15 R3 signature edition.
I accidentally Deleted the recovery partition.
I have run a costume install as the AW support instructed me to once i was able to get a USB thumb drive.
Everything is still the same. I can not install the dell recovery program with the WinRE missing.
So how does one get Windows 10's Recover Environment back?

Hi heathluna,
For Windows 10, we recommend to use the built-in tools for recovery that this OS has. Installing the software you're trying to install will not get you the PC the way it was from factory. It will actually create a new recovery with the current info.

Well that's the thing, the built in OS RE tools are not there. I have no recovery options at all. No where, every angle i check via trouble shooting i've read leads me to the same answer.

Not sure if you deleted the Dell Recovery Partition, or the Windows Recovery Environment partition.
I think you have to Nuke-and-Pave first, then clean install Windows. Best to just "DiskPart/clean" the disk to un-initialize it. If Windows goes to install on a partition-less drive, it will create all the necessary partitions.
Alternatively, you can just restore a full Image Backup of the whole system (if you have one).

So far so good, windows reinstalled, drivers installed. Going to test and see if WinRe is there. Thanks a ton.
