Alienware Aurora ATI 6870's: How do I uninstall?

I want to upgrade to ATI's 10.12 Drivers for my 6870's, but the only ATI program listed in Add/Remove Programs is the "Catalyst Control Center". No display drivers or any other ATI named programs. So would I use "Device Manager" to uninstall both my 6870's? What's the correct way to completely uninstall these cards if I do not have a way to uninstall the cards in Add/Remove Programs?

Do I uninstall from Add/Remove then uninstall from Device Manager then restart in safe boot and use Driver Sweeper then start windows normally and install the new drivers? And how do I prevent Windows from automatically installing the drivers?

Uninstall from add/remove,then from device manager and then run driver sweeper in safe mode. When you boot back into normal windows make sure you don't let it auto install the drivers. That will remove everything and let you start fresh.
