Does it happen only when the music app is on the background?

If the problem is only on VLC, I recommend reinstalling the application first. If you're experiencing this issue with audio in general, try performing a clean install of this driver and let me know how it goes!

no the problem is every app even youtube. i found a list of drivers that i have to install but everything is up to date. i had a problem with my keybaord last time and they opened up my computer. maybe they did a mistake and touched the sound card by mistake?

Hi!

First, test the audio with external speakers or a headset and check if the same problem happens.

Update to the latest BIOS A14 for Windows 8.1.

Perform a clean installation of this driver for Windows 8.1 following these steps:

  1. Open Device Manager from the Control Panel.
  2. Uninstall the Creative Labs Sound Blaster driver from the Sound Controllers.
  3. Restart, then install the latest update from the link above.

You're welcome!

By the way, if the audio is working fine with a headset, the problem might be on the speakers. If after following those troubleshooting steps you still have the same problem, I recommend you replace the internal speakers. Let me know how it goes!
