Apologies for the confusion surrounding your order.  Unfortunately these matters MUST be handled over the phone with the agent who requested you call.  Usually these are verification issues, and there's no way anyone here on the Forum can assist, as we do not have access to your private information.

Sometimes these orders will cancel if the verification is not made within 3 days, so it would be best if you made the effort to locate your customer number, it will be on your order confirmation.

Just a suggestion. 

Maybe Dell should hire people to actually answer that f----- number then.

"Sorry, this office is closed,c all back at some unspecified time" is ridiculous customer service.
