U2415, second, entering Power Save Mode
Hello,
I have a problem with many people in the organization. All with the same model of screens, but not the same operating system. Part with Mac computers and some with Windows, and everyone with the same problem; The screens turns off for a moment (enter power save mode) and turn on itself after a few seconds. I've been trying to replace to a new cables, (Mini DP>DP, DP>DP) HDMI works fine, but each employee has two monitors and the problem starts on the second monitor (but this is not a solution to use only HDMI). We have this problem with something like 20-30 monitors, And it's growing day to day. Re-install the monitor drivers and disconnect and connect the power cable not helping, changing the display settings in the screen didn't helped to. Please help!

Then you need to gather their detailed information =
* Were these U2415 purchased directly from Dell? If not, then from which reseller?
* What are the 20 digit S/N and A0x revision? Check the back label of the U2415
* To what computer model are the U2415's attached?
* What operating system is installed on the computer?
* What video card/GPU is installed in the computer?
* What video OUT ports are on the video card/GPU?
* List all U2415 cables and adapters attached to the computer and the ports they are using and how they are connecting to the U2415
* Is each U2415 connected to a different video card/GPU out port? Or are they setup using the U2415 Daisy Chain?

It happens to people in the middle of the work..
It cant be because windows Power Save Mode.

Read pages 16-17 which details the U2415 PSM (Power Save Mode) feature. Anytime the Windows operating system goes into any PSM mode, the monitor will act this way. Reminder, the U2415 was never validated on any Apple proprietary hardware, operating system (including Windows Bootcamp), and drivers. All your testing should be done on true Windows based computers.

I am also having this issue - Monitor 1 works fine and is connected to the computer with an HDMI cable and I am trying to connect monitor 2 from the display port (out) to the mDP (in) as a daisy chain- If I switch the monitors' cables so monitor 2 is connected via HDMI directly to the computer and monitor 1 is daisy chained, monitor 1 will go into power save mode as soon as I connect the mDP cable. I have ensured the monitor is using the correct input. When I have it all plugged in the dell logo will show up and then it will instantly go into power save mode.
