there are no visible errors, and restarting the computer results in a blue screen. same result if I try safe mode

I tried both (local/remote) deployment of the image... via 1 tera usb drive and on a desktop on same vlan

 

specs:

Windows 7 (modified image)

optiplex 7040, latitude 7480

the same wim image/driver packs are used at other sites 

 

any suggestions on how to troubleshoot further?

I am having this exact same issue with a Windows 10 image on an OptiPlex 7040.
