And when i went through extended hard drive test, it passed the test.
So is it OS failure.
If hard drive (or solid state drive) is detected in the BIOS, reinstall windows 10 to see if that will get the computer up and running again. You can do this by creating a windows 10 installation media from the Microsoft website in link below. You'll need a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space and a good working computer to download the windows 10 ISO file.
If the computer still doesn't boot back into windows with the bootable windows 10 installation media, I believe it's probably best to just purchase a brand new drive and install it into the computer.
The system supports one 2.5‑inch hard drive, one 7 mm drive solid state drive.
I am having the same issues on my 3538, but I do not have a choice on the boot sequence. I can get to the Add Boot Option, but when I add the 123 I do not have a drop down for the file system or therefore the directories. I can eventually get to the Input file path name, and tried entering what you had - \EFI\BOOT etc - but I'm just not sure what to do with it afterward since my system looks different than yours.
Obviously I don't really know what I am doing, but I did just replace the hard drive 2 weeks ago and was working fine after I installed all the updates.
Can you walk me thru it since your method seem to work for everybody else?

Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File) - microsoft.com
After creating the bootable windows 10 flash drive:
1. Insert the flash drive into a USB port of the computer that needs to be fix and then power off system.
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen.
3. At the boot menu, select the windows 10 flash drive under UEFI BOOT
4. Select your keyboard language, time and currency format in the windows setup screen.
5. Select Install Now to reinstall windows 10
