The 4K monitor means the system has to process and pump out appreciably more data than an FHD system will -- it's the reason why. For the Adobe apps, the GPU you have is OK for FHD - but it's not going to do 4K well. You'll need a much faster GPU than you have to run the Adobe apps with a 4K screen - something on the order of a Geforce 1070 or 1080.
