Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Unfortunately without the model number of your computer, it would be difficult to guess what's wrong with it.  I can give you some general answers here, but if you would Private Message me with the computer Service Tag Number and your personal information, I can give you a more direct answer.
