I have 0xc000025 problem , no 0xc0000225 . I have Dell Inspiron 17 R 7720 and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit . I have : "Note : you cannot run a start-up position , because the required device is inaccessible " .

Run an extended test on the hard drive - F12 at powerup (BEFORE Windows begins loading).  Let the quick tests run (about 10-15 min), then boot into the Dell diagnostics and run the extended test on the memory (takes up to an hour) and then the hard drive (depending on the size of the drive, this could take several hours).

Post any error messages that arise by number (i.e., 2000-0142).

That is a Windows error.  You need to run the Dell diagnostics outside of Windows -- see above.

The overwhelming likelihood is that you have a failing hard drive.  The diagnostics will tell you -- proceed as above.  F12 at powerup a few times will get  you into the diagnostics. Run the extended diagnostic - NOT just the quick test.

At this point, if the system won't start up, it's time to reload Windows.  How that's done depends on the system model, operating system you have installed, and on whether you have backups of your data.

If you need further information, post a complete summary of the system's status and someone can help you with the reinstall (if that's necessary).

I've done it before , all the time /i am writing on the same laptop with this problem . 0xc0000225 was created as the second option after the title Windows 7 occurring during system startup . How remove this option ? and what about the problem of 0xc0000225 ?

See above.

What model system is this?

Does it correctly boot?

When booting, is that when you see the error?

Or is this showing up in your pre-load boot menu?

It's literally impossible to tell what you're seeing, or when you're seeing this.
