Inspiron 15 wifi 'connection is limited'

Question

I recently did a Windows update on my inspiron 15-3531, it is a Wi-Fi only laptop. Since the update, my laptop is not able to connect to any wireless networks it says 'the connection is limited ' I know it's not the router as I have other devices connected to the network. I have also tried connecting to other networks with the same result. I have read some posts about downloading new drivers but I am unable to do so as it is a Wi-Fi only laptop and I cannot connect to the internet, help!!!
