Try installing the webcam driver in Windows 8 compatibility mode -- this model system does not fully support Windows 10, so you may have to do without the buttons you've mentioned - but compatibility mode may get the webcam working.
Note however, that this may be temporary - as Microsoft releases new versions of Windows 10, each release obsoletes some older hardware -- you may well find that future releases won't work at all with this model (and once on the Windows 10 trail, installation is inevitable).
