Hi @alexhsf,
Open and check that there is nothing blocking the fan, install all the drivers, including the BIOS and the Command Center.

i have already had a fresh install of windows 10 all drivers are up to date, even bios it has stopped for now, but i will take it apart and look and see if the problem proceeds in the future thank you!!
but for some reason it only happens when i play Runescape 3 everything else works fine on it
