i am having the same issue, the connection drops every 10-15 minutes and i have to reconnect it. other system on the smae network works fine... did you find any solution or any help from the technical support. Please let me know. Thanks
This is still a problem today, I just recently updated one of these units to Windows 10 and it was dropping connection about every 10 minutes. Had to download the ancient driver located here:
I ran the exe, let it extract but did not use the Dell installer as immediately Windows 10 wanted to run it in compatibility mode, I simply went to Device Manager and told it to update the driver and browsed to where the driver exe had extracted the files to.

jld11007,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Have you tried reinstall the drivers for the card? Do you have this version of the wireless driver below installed for your card.

hey, i got this resolved, had to update the BIOS and the chipset drivers and it fixed it. Try it, hopefully it will work for you too.
