Based on your pictures, this monitor passes our manufacturer specification for overall uniformity.

* Go back to the top of this Monitors Forum
* Open, "FAQ Monitor (updated 7/2/18)"
* Open, "Backlight or Color/Tint uniformity policy"

If this uniformity standard is unacceptable to you, you have 30 days from the Dell invoice date to return the monitor. If NOT purchased directly from Dell, contact the reseller to arrange a return.

Hello,

So from my understandings this can't be fixed (without reducing brightness of course, which I don't recognize as fix). My other IPS panel monitor with greater brightness, contrast etc. doesn't have this.

The monitor was not purchased directly from Dell, I will return it to the reseller.

I just want to know if there is a chance that I can get the same monitor with less backlight bleeding or if the entire fabrication lot came with the same backlight bleeding.

No two panels are the same and will be different. But all have the same manufacturer specifications. My advice, find and purchase one from a local store that actually has it up and running so you can test it.
