Aurora R7, i7-8700K with cooling, loud noise

Hi,

I just bought the Alienware Aurora R7 with the specification of :

Proc : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7K 8700K
(6-Core/12-Thread, 12MB Cache, up to4.7GHz with Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology)
GPU : GTX-1070
PSU : 850W EPA Bronze PSU Liquid Cooled Chassis

Issue : 

When switched on the desktop, very loud noise came from the casing itself. How to resolve it?
