I tried the system diagnostic from bios startup but, it’s not working properly and cause the same issue and my laptop shuts down again during diagnostic.
The ram usage 3.8 is perfectly normal. Some of the 4 gb is used by the system. 64bits windows utilizes ram over 4 gb. Your model is 8 years old and is most likely due to be replaced soon. Run the Diagnostics to test for failing hardware. Your model is not recommended for upgrading to Windows 10. Wait until getting your next computer that will come with Win 10.
