I tried to connect the Alienware to external monitor and it works in the external monitor and I can do everything I need , Keyboard is work and everything except the alieanware lcd itself
SO what is that mean from your point of view is that mean that the Graphical card is OK and I need to change the LCD itself ?
I also have another Issue The left speaker has a crackling noise. After i got up and running I could still hear it. It gets worse the louder I set the volume. I tried to re install the audio drivers but it is still there. Could you also please help on that and how can I give you the service tag please
