Worked last night. Wasn't working when I got up this morning. It was purchased 30 days ago in factory sealed box from a private seller. S/N CN-06X55C-74445-4CU-452L.
Based on the 20 digit S/N, it was built on December 30, 2014. Try this again, if still no go, you should contact the private seller and get a refund.
* Disconnect EVERY cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the monitor * Wait 5 minutes * Press and hold in the monitor power button for 10 seconds, then release it * Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor * Press the monitor power button

Based on your notes, the UP2414Q appears defective. When did it last work? When was it purchased? Purchased from whom?
