e6230 Linux blinking wifi indicator
Hi all,
I just bought this machine used and so far am loving it except for a few small issues. It came with Win 10, from which i updated to the latest bios. Now using Linux Fedora 29 newly installed and updated, uefi and gpt. The wifi hardware switch is on and i am connected to the wifi with no apparent issues. Yet the wifi indicator light on the palmrest constantly blinks on and off at a rapid rate, which i find distracting. On every other Latitude i have used this light remained on constantly when wifi was connected.
Is this a known issue? Is there a reason or solution? Should i get a newer wifi card? Thanks for any info!

The following page refers to Ubuntu but I assume it will be Linux applicable.

Thanks so much! Alex Cabal's "2012-11-25 Update" worked like a charm for my Fedora 29! I nearly resorted to electrical tape...
