I keep getting it as well. I was able to download it and went to install it; it tried to update the AW SupportAssist app and then stopped, with a message that the latest version is already installed. However, this update has a newer version number. Not sure why it will not install.
Just got it again; tried to install and it keeps saying 0 of 1 installed. Maybe one needs BIOS 1.5.1 which I am in no hurry to install. I keep getting that alert as well. I did install the update for the Dell Digital Delivery.
