I have tried those way before and none of them works. I myself is a system engineer and now I can see that Dell is neither capable of fix their own product issue nor willing to resolve customer concerns..
I am giving up on this and will just write a report regarding how M15 disappointed me.

Hi Eimy,
Thanks for the reply.
The bios is up to date as well as video driver.
What specific power options should I look at? I only heard that turn off hybrid mode sometimes help but not in my case.

Hi @chrishhh,
Make sure BIOS is up to date as well as video drivers.
Also, check power options settings.
Let me know!

I’m having the same issue. But this only started after I updated the bios and video card driver

Do we have any update on this?
