You have to order the card from the parts dept. Part #Y0708. It isn't that difficult to replace, as long you're comfortable opening up your notebook. You must also update your bios. The card is not "welded" in.

It never shipped with the 5100, so you'll never see Dell publish it as compatible.
It does ship with the 5150, which uses the same video card as the 5100, so it will work.
