EMC Clariion FC5301

Question

I recently got an EMC Clariion FC5301 from a friend and i need a manual for it. I was told by customer support to get it from Powerlink, but as i am a limited user i cannot access it. Can someone give me a manual or tell me how i could go about getting one?

i found the guide for it laying around on the internet. now i need to manage it. again, as i am not a registered powerlink user, i can't download navisphere. are there any alternatives?

not really ..you need access to Navisphere server or at least Navi cli. You need access to PowerLink to download either of those packages. Sorry

and the only way to become a full powerlink user is to be a direct customer of emc?

as far as i know yes ..EMC partners have access to PowerLink as well. The person who you bought the unit from does not have any software that came with the unit ?
