Upgraded RecoverPoint to 3.5 from 3.4 and now RM doesn't work right...what to do?
We have Replication Manager working with RecoverPoint and have had it creating bookmarks and mounting the replicas, etc...Just upgraded yesterday to RecoverPoint 3.5 and now this morning Replication Manager doesn't see the storage in the RP Consistency Groups right....is there a refresh or scan that needs to occur?
Error Message Below:
103005 ERROR: Production device APM00112403101_00149 is not configured in any RecoverPoint consistency group.

RP 3.5 came out after RM so my guess is that it's not supported. Did you check the support matrix?

That is essentially it...I have to upgrade from RM 5.4.1 to RM 5.4.2 ...doing that now.....thanks for making me check the basics...

And it appears that there is a hotfix that has to be added to RM 5.4.2 for RP 3.5.
Any idea how to get my hands on hotfix URM00086316?

You have to open a service request with EMC Support and they'll get it to you
