Trying to install Windows 2003 Server on my Inspiron 8600...

Hello, I could use some help, I installed windows 2003 on my laptop, and almost everything is working, however I cannot get the Ethernet Controller to work, does anyone know if there is a compatible driver? Thanks A lot Rolf Szimnau
