I have checked the touchpad troubleshooting, nothing interesting there. One helpful thing is that now i know how to open mouse config menu by typing main.cpl in windows menu.
But, I know how to describe the problem better: No matter what is set in the box highlighted on the image below- it only applies to FireFox. Windows menus, chrome, edge, spotify - all have numer of lines set to approx. 10.
the idea behind forums/online communities is exchanging knowledge, hints, solutions, anything helpful. Your responses, are not of this sort. Are you a bot? Because clearly this is how it looks like..
Could you please expain, why do you think your suggestion might be suitable for resolving my issue?
Was it just the name of the driver that gave you the impression - HID Human Interface Device? If so, well done!
I'd really appreciate, (as other similar non IT prof users) an answer a bit less shallow then new driver announcement copy paste... PLEASE. We all come here to be helped by specialists...
If there is something unclear in my explanation of the issue feel free to msg me priv, I will try to make it more clear.
Unfortunately, I do find any issue in my database for issues selecting the number of lines to scroll. Click below for information to set the scrolling in Windows 10.

Is there any other touchpad driver available?

It seems like a huge problem around,
Wonder why any dell tech spec, didn't mention that the problem is persistent in other models like XPS...
Please be honest guys - just admit mouse scrolling issue is too big for Dell ;).

No answer in the tread above, but as expected - people are irritated.

olgierd23965,
If the issue does not show in firefox it is not a hardware issue but, an OS issue. Contact Dell software support at the link below.

Jesse L,
I know all about setting up number of scroll lines in WIN 10.
The thing is, that it doesn't work with DELL touchpad.
I wrote about it in my first post.
If you had read the microsoft forum thread, that I posted later, you'd knew that it is not to be fixed by standard procedures.
And please, do not reffer me to Windows Help, or any other tip of this sort.
After what I wrote in previous posts, I concider it insulting.
