Same problem with me. I even tried adding a new keyboard from another vostro 14 3468, it showed the same problem. I definitely think this is because of some bios problems. Let me know if you found a solution..

I've been having the same problem.  Since your posting was over a year ago, perhaps you found a solution by now.  If so, could you please share it?

i'm also facing same problem, the problem is with built in keyboard if attach an external keyboard that works fine.....
