Hi Every One, i have an inspiron 15 5576, factory vrought an 1TB HDD Sata Disk, i just bought an ssd M.2 NMVe XPG SX6000 256GB But the Bios dont detecte de SSD, it does not apear in the Disk Manager or Bios
Can Some Body Help me i need a Solution.
Your laptop does not support NVMe and that is the problem cause you can only use sata disks look in the device specifications manual under the storage heading here is the manual
Hmmmm just found this line in your manual "Up to 512 GB (PCIe NVMe SSD only configuration)" now i'm confused.
Are you by any chance using a Samsung SSD ? that might cause the problem it seems Dell and Samsung do not like eachother in some Dell systems they work fine and in others they fail.
I have a 960 evo NVMe M2 working fine on my inspiron 7570
What does your "Sata operation" setting in the bios say ? also i see the manufacterer of the ssd you have provides software called "ssdbox" did you install it ?
hmmm the only idea i have left is windows key +r to open the run dialog type devmgmt.msc open storage controllers what do you see there ? any yellow exclamation marks ?.

Hi
What happens if you disconnect 1TB HDD, leaving only M.2 NVME disk connected?
